StarFox FanFiction Chapter 18 Chapter 18: Iris

On a small planet, tucked away in a deep blanket of stars with a fragile sun, a young fox girl wandered through the tree-filled caverns that covered it. Remnants of the ocean were carried in the soft breeze as it swerved along the sloping cliffs and crowded jungles, along with the distinct scent of desolation. The ground was filled with crooked paths, obscured with branches, rocks and vines; the girl could not even maintain a steady jog without tripping. The treetops thatched together a thin roof, so that the sunlight came through in broken patches of sparkling light. Growing tired, the girl saw a particularly large sunbeam

Heheheh, I know I said I'd make her as a Goth, but I actually had this idea first. Well, really, it came from the plushie idea. I've seen it before; a character (usually a girl) holds a plushie of her sweetie. I thought it was cute, and you know there's too much Krystal "art" out there that doens't even have a StarFox feel to it at all, not to mention demeaning of her character (you know who you are :p ) so I thought I'd give it a try. Yes, if you can't tell, that's a Fox McCloud plushie she's got.

Kit: Aww, but you already have the REAL Fox! Can I please have the plush, pretty please?

Krystal: I don't think so.

Kit: C'mon! I'll give you twenty scarabs for it! :3

Krystal: Yes, and we all know how valuable those are -_- Besides, you'll just do naughty things with it!

Kit: .......And your point is?

So, anyway, I think I did an all right job. Better than my first attempt, anyway. Might as well enjoy it because it'll probably be the most revealing female drawing you'll get from me in a good while...as if anyone would even come to me for that sort of thing :XD:

Very cute, the body and posing seems very kiddy and yet also adult as well. The clothing is nice and the wrinkles in the design are enjoyable to look at. The blue outfit really makes the character pop out from the background. The legs appear to angled a little too close together, but its probably just all the puffy fur. such a cute face. she looks quite sleepy. nice job.

...No, because she's not your sweetie. I appreicate the fave, and I guess I could color it sometime, but from what I gather by this one comment and your signature, you're the kind of "fan" that's a bit too obsessive. Dude, she's not real. This kind of behavior scares me.

Sorry if this sounds mean, but I've known about fanboys for a while, and frankly I'm sick of it. Of course, if you're joking, I take it all back, but...well, I'm diehard Fox/Krystal, and try to keep my distance from...guys like you. Again, sorry, but...mrf.

And besides, why do you think she has a Fox plushie? ^^;

To be honest, I lost interest in humans years ago, so what else am I supposed to do? Im ot the obsesive kind of fan either, and as of right now, yeah she doesnt exist, but maby she does. Thats just based on the number of planet-bearing stars in a 450 light-year radius of earth, and the number of stars in the milky way ranging upwards of 2 billion stars... crap, Im rambling again, arent I? I can go on for hours about this, some times it scares even me.

Dont worry too much, Im just one of hundreds of crazy guys trying to put a thousand light-years between us and this planet. Its mostly the science and sense of adventure for me tho... Rambling again... Ill shut up now...

I don't really care if you like humans or not, the actual Krystal you fantasize about is a video game character and nothing more. Maybe some kind of vulpine alien of her likeliness exists, but it will never be this one. Even if Krystal is real, I mean, come on! She flirts with Fox, and even if she didn't, how does it make ANY sense that she would like you? Would you think for a damn second?

What are you supposed to do? I don't know, fursuit or something...or become a priest, because eventually you'll have to face facts that you can either find a human girl or swear a life of celebecy. You can live in a fantasy world and die alone, it'll be your own fault, but remember you're just as much a human as everyone else on this planet.

Even if you did make up one valid point, it wouldn't phase me, because I'm stubborn and you're delirious. Hey, I'm a furry too, but it's for FUN! I'm not saving myself for some fox alien in a UFO.

Another thing, it's galaxy "hopping", not "hoping". I'd sure hope Krystal would at least be with someone who can spell his signature right. And you adressed me as if you knew me, what's with that?

Look, I'm sorry I'm rambling, but...jeez, get rid of that signature. It's not going to happen. At the least, make up your own female character. If you really liked Krystal, you'd keep her in character.
